At The Lost Rose, we wanted to introduce our local community to a distinctive variety of buns, and Swedish buns were the perfect choice. Warm cardamom gives the dough its signature flavor, while their subtle sweetness sets them apart from their American counterparts. At the same time, we remain true to our roots with our own selection of rolls and buns—including fluffy, cream cheese–topped cinnamon buns that evoke the comforting flavors of cherished memories.
